  • The Top 25 HR Leadership & Transformation Award is a prestigious recognition presented alongside the annual 100 CHRO Summit. Now in its latest edition, this award honors excellence in HR leadership by celebrating exceptional CHROs, Chief People Officers, HR Directors, and People & Culture leaders who have successfully led organizational transformation, elevated workplace culture, and implemented forward-thinking people strategies with measurable business impact.

    This award shines a spotlight not only on operational excellence, but also on the vision, resilience, innovation, and human-centered leadership that define today’s most influential HR transformation champions.

  • Top 25 HR Leadership & Transformation Award

    This honor is awarded to 25 outstanding HR leaders who are redefining the future of work through exceptional vision, innovation, and impact. These individuals demonstrate strategic foresight, deep expertise in culture transformation, strong command of people analytics, and a commitment to introducing modern HR practices that create meaningful and sustainable change.

    Together, they represent the highest standard of HR excellence across industries and sectors.

  • The award is open to senior HR leaders across all industries and sectors, including corporate, government, and semi-government organizations.

    Nominees must:
    * Hold a senior HR leadership role (CHRO, Chief People Officer, VP HR, or Head of HR)
    * Represent an organization with approximately 300+ employees
    * Have at least 10 years of HR experience
    * Have led or overseen a major HR transformation initiative within the past 24 months
    * Be available to attend the CHRO Summit & Awards 2026

    If your accomplishments align with the spirit of this award, we strongly encourage you to apply—regardless of industry, organizational size, or sector. Your leadership deserves to be recognized.

  • All nominations must include a Transformation Summary (500–800 words) clearly outlining the organizational challenge, the initiatives introduced, the stakeholders involved, the execution timeline, and the resulting cultural or organizational impact.

    Applicants are encouraged to provide supporting evidence, such as before-and-after metrics, engagement or audit results, case studies, transformation roadmaps, photos of initiatives, or excerpts from HR reports. These materials help the jury assess the significance and effectiveness of the work.

    Each submission must also include a Leadership Endorsement from the CEO, COO, or Business Unit Head confirming the nominee’s contribution, the importance of the initiative, and its measurable impact.

    An optional 60–90-second video may be submitted, allowing the nominee to share their HR leadership philosophy and highlight the transformation’s achievements and cultural relevance.

    Finally, all applicants must complete the Nominee Profile Form, which includes the nominee’s full name, job title, company, workforce size, geographic footprint, HR team size, and LinkedIn profile.

    All submissions must include supporting documents that clearly outline the work, project, or impact behind the nomination. These materials allow our jury to assess the significance, innovation, and effectiveness of your contribution.

    All entries are handled with strict confidentiality and evaluated with integrity by our distinguished panel of industry experts.

  • Entries are assessed by an expert jury of HR and business leaders. Submissions are evaluated based on documentation quality, leadership influence, innovation, and alignment with HR transformation themes.

    A multi-stage scoring process determines the winners, with the highest-scoring 25 nominees receiving recognition.

  • All entries first undergo an initial screening to confirm eligibility and compliance with the basic qualification criteria. Submissions that meet the requirements move forward to jury evaluation. Entries that do not qualify will receive feedback explaining the reason for non-acceptance, with the option to revise and resubmit if applicable.

    Approved nominations are evaluated independently by the jury against predefined parameters and overall merit. The final ranking is determined by the cumulative score earned during the evaluation process.
